WHERE WE ARE
Situated in the Alicante town of Torrevieja and completely surrounded by nativ vegetation, we find one of the few natural settings in the Vega Baja del Segura. A location where in a matter of minutes, you can be in completely different places. We can travel from fields of vines, crossing historical pine forests still buffeted by the east wind, to enjoy the shades of more than two thousand centenary palm trees of more than twelve meters high, next to the mediterranean sea where you can feel its water under your feet.
WHAT WE DO
We tell stories through each wine, being this one the main character. Where the star is what makes it special. A way of working where the intervention in the field is ruled by the protection of the landscape, the ground and its life in all its forms. The minimal intervention in the wine factory highlights and allows to keep all landscape, the ground and its life all together in a single element.

ENVIROMENT
We find the maximal expression of the mediterranean climate. The temperature is softened by the sea, and this makes the winter dormancy brief, so that the vines, standing in a less than 5 meters altitude above sea level, make the personality and expression of the wines unique. The sandy-loam soil gets to accumulate all mediterranean character in the vines. The east and south winds shake the vines. The moisture keeps the plant fresh day and night. The law of rainfall makes the vine extract each molecule from the ground and puts the character in the grape cluster.

THE GROUND
The most important part of viticulture is what is not seen, it is the one that is underground, where the microorganisms are the true main characters of the story, they create and unlock the expression of the grapes. We think that the ground is the basis of all our wine culture. The place of origin, ultimately, is the strength that makes the wine that special. This ground, where its character has grown, does not need care beyond respect for nature, the agronomic right direction with sustainable agricultural practices.

SYMBIOSIS
The harmony between the soil, the plant and the agronomic techniques is one of the bases of our philosophy. The importance between several worlds that interact with each other, like the land and its microorganisms, the vine, the sea and the influence of the moon, united in the same Universo, Univero Ferris.

SIMPLICITY
This project based on the full simplicity of all its steps has as its philosophy the observation of the vine, soil and climate as a whole that interacts and plays, and not as different and scattered fragments. Basing cultivation techniques on the physiology of the plant and the natural environment, looking for the interaction between soil, plant, climate and agronomic management. Where the intervention stands out for its simplicity, both in the field methodology and in the winery is minimal and exclusive.
AUTHENTICITY
A unique place that only exists in Torrevieja, where all the character of the mediterranean territory stands out. The sea bathes the vineyards during the day and its humidity waters them at night. While the historic palm grove shades and protects them from the south and east winds.

TIME
This characteristic place, climate and soil entail an added difficulty for cultivation, since the vineyards detail their expression in the grape differently, for this reason, respect for the cultivation, harvest and elaboration times are a fundamental pillar in our work philosophy 'If we move beyond the confines of time and space, we will see that the autumn wilt of a plant can be understood as the life that passes to the seeds, completing a cycle that continues into eternity, only Man frets facing life and death, profits and losses' A cultivation method founded on seeing birth as a beginning and death as the end can only help the short-sighted in spirit. “MASANOBU FUKUOKA”
