The Origin
La Capilla brings together three grape varieties with deep Mediterranean roots. Muscat of Alexandria, cultivated for generations along the coast, contributes expressive aromatics and freshness. Merseguera, a traditional Valencian variety, reflects the resilience of vines adapted to dry soils and warm summers. White Grenache completes the blend with balance, texture and elegance.
The vineyards of Ferris and La Mata benefit from the influence of the Mediterranean Sea, whose gentle breezes encourage slow, balanced ripening and preserve the freshness of the fruit.

The Process
After skin contact, La Capilla spends seven months ageing outdoors in 16-litre glass demijohns beneath the pine forest of Ferris, just a few metres from the Mediterranean Sea.
The wine then rests for twelve months in bottle inside the Chapel of Ferris, allowing time to complete a unique ageing process closely linked to Universo Ferris.

The Winemaking
The philosophy behind La Capilla is simple: allow each grape variety to express its own identity without unnecessary intervention. Following a gentle vinification, the wine spends seven months ageing outdoors in 16-litre glass demijohns, beneath the pine forest of Ferris and only a few metres from the Mediterranean.
It then matures for twelve months in bottle inside the Chapel of Ferris, where patience, place and time come together to shape its final character.
